SLIDING WAX

We present a line of products for use as auxiliary material for the manufacture of cardboard tubes. They are composed of a careful selection of solid lubricants of different types, and in differing proportions, which allow for increased production thanks to the film of lubricant that forms between the mandrel and the cardboard material used. This way, the film of lubricant prevents the presence of dirt particles, or actual dirt, and prevents the corrosion of the metallic material, both of which factors would otherwise slow down the process.

With Sliding Wax we achieve a hydrodynamic lubrication, in such a way that both surfaces are completely separated by a coherent film of lubricant that resolves any friction between them, thereby ensuring a considerable increase in the rate of production.

The different families of Sliding Wax lubricants offer lubrication solutions under different conditions in terms of temperature, operational speed, extreme loads, tolerance levels between the surfaces being lubricated, oscillating movements, movements near the friction threshold, and in hostile environments, ensuring protection against humidity and impurities.
